General Rules
Quotes are free and non-binding! Feel free to message me on any social media platform to get a quote. I am also occasionally open for art trades and art requests. However, by commissioning me or my services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.If I do not feel comfortable drawing something, please do not continue to ask me or push it after I have said no. If I state that something is not available then please do not try to pressure or bribe me into accepting it.I hold the right to post your artwork on social media and portfolio to promote myself and as examples of my work. If you would prefer I didn't use the artwork, please send me a message beforehand so I can honor your request!All artwork posted has my watermark on it for copyright reasons. You may not remove my signature nor post my art without giving any credit.Please do not edit or recolor final art pieces! I am willing to add, filter, or edit backgrounds per client request. I work hard to create new drawings and build my platform.The use of my art for NFTs or any form of crypto, Web3, AI training, or similar products is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action against the user responsible.
Payment
I take 100% payment after an initial sketch in the form of $USD only. I am not responsible for figuring out any conversions or exchange rates.If this is over Paypal, I will send a request for the amount of money due and you, the commissioner, must send it in full. All commission payments shall be performed under GOODS AND SERVICES.Paypal charges a 5,4% + 0.30ยข fee if all payments are made through Goods and Services. If any tips are included, it is highly recommended to include them with the commission's payment, or through Friends and Family.
Refunds
Unexplained refund requests will result in a permanent blacklist from my services and being placed on a beware list for other artists. Once a commission is completed, there will be NO refund available.If a major issue arises during the process of creating work for you, I am entitled to stop the commission and issue a refund only at that point. Please do not commission me if you are unsure of your financial stability.I am extremely open to editing sketches and finished products to make sure it is up to the client's standards. I want to make sure that the level of detail is up to expectation. If you have any issue whatsoever with the sketch, finished product, etc., please let me know as soon as possible so I can correct it (within reason).If a commission is refunded, I reserve the right to use the sketched piece as a future YCH.
Artist and Client Rights
Turnaround may be subject to rapid changes depending on the artist's personal situation. Any delays will be addressed privately to the customer, but clients should look into a usual two-week turnaround time unless stated otherwise.I have full rights to the artwork I create for you, meaning that you cannot use my artworks on commercial products without my permission.Please feel free to use my art for PERSONAL, non-profit products, including but not limited to: personal prints, badges, stickers, t-shirts, wallpapers, etc. This section can go on for very long, so if this does apply to you, please message me for more information.If you do decide to print, please remember that these items cannot be sold for profit without a commercial license or agreement between the client and myself.
Extra Details
You can either commission a drawing with a clear idea behind it or an artistic freedom drawing. I will provide initial sketches in the beginning process to make sure you love the idea.If you have a specific idea, make sure to send all the references you want me to include and clearly describe what you want the drawing to look like. Pose, perspective, and UNSHADED character reference sheets are much appreciated! The more specific your vision, the better work I can fulfill. I can work off of descriptions only, but it will not be as exact.If you choose to give me artistic freedom, I may draw your character in any pose, clothing, and/or setting. Sketch pages have higher levels of quality if I am given artistic freedom.My regular style of drawing is very cartoony and goofy, and has taken me years to develop professionally. I can try to emulate a specific style or mood for you at your request, but please note it may not be at the same level of skill.If you would like to commission me for something that is not stated on offer, PM me and I can give you a free quote!
